Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels including disputes, reviews, emails, and live chat
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the product, addressing customer questions, concerns, and technical issues
3. Guide customers in understanding the features and functionalities of the software, offering step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting assistance
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary
5. Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product development and sales teams, to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and provide feedback to the management team
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries
9. Follow customer support guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality standards
10. Strive to achieve individual and team performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction ratings, response time, and issue resolution
