About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously. The Customer Support Executive will primarily engage with customers via phone calls and emails to confirm orders and provide assistance as needed.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone calls and emails
2. Confirm orders placed by customers over the phone and ensure accuracy of order details
3. Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues by providing relevant information and guidance
4. Troubleshoot problems and find appropriate solutions to meet customer needs and expectations
5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
6. Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a customer service or support role
2. Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language
4. Ability to actively listen to customers and empathise with their concerns while remaining calm and composed
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues
6. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools is a plus
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
