Key responsibilities:

1. Giving our users awesome support and making sure they love using GIGL summaries
2. Answering user questions through chat, email, and phone
3. Showing the best of GIGL Summaries in every chat
4. Working with other teams to solve problems and make our services even better

Requirements:

1. Great English and Hindi skills, both speaking and writing
2. A degree or experience in customer support
3. A love for learning and helping others learn
4. Good at solving problems and thinking quickly
5. Attention to detail and good at figuring things out
6. Kind and understanding, ready to help our users
7. Ready to jump in and work well with others, flexible with work hours when needed
