About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing customer support over the phone, WhatsApp, and email, inbound as well as outbound
2. Handling escalation tickets, escalating tickets to courier partners
3. Making outbound calls to leads and clients who sign up on our website
4. Assisting with other tasks/duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager)

Who can apply:

1. Should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills
2. Any prior experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a huge plus
3. Should have a laptop with a good internet connection to work remotely
4. This is a WFH opportunity - Mon to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm

Salary

Probation:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 10%
