About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights
2. Manage and resolve incidents effectively using tools like Jira and Slack
3. Conduct real-time data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
4. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data findings
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
6. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders
7. Flexibility to work in different time zones as required

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2. Proven experience in data analysis and incident management
3. Proficiency in using Jira and Slack for communication and incident tracking
4. Strong skills in real-time data analysis and reporting
5. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
6. Ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate global operations
7. Experience with Python and automation tools is a plus
8. Must have a reliable laptop/computer and home-based infrastructure, including high-speed WiFi and power backup
9. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Additional information:

1. Shift A: 12 AM to 8:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
2. Shift B: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
3. Shift C: 4 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
4. Weekend Shift D: 12 AM to 12:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
