Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 'Data and Automation Specialist' to streamline operations, optimize data structures, and develop innovative tools for enhancing recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation, data management, and workflow engineering, with a strong focus on creating scalable solutions that drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Analysis
- Clean and manage recruiter data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for reports and dashboards.
- Implement and manage workflows for various business processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Engineer and optimize data structures to align with evolving business requirements.
- Maintain the structure of different tables and databases to keep it in line with reports, dashboards, and automation scripts

2. Website & Data Structure Management
- Maintain and manage website hosting, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Oversee data security measures to safeguard sensitive company information.
- Collaborate with the technical teams of external tools to troubleshoot and improve integrations.
- Ensure company file structures are logically organized and easily accessible.
- Develop and manage workflows to enhance recruitment operations and reduce manual effort.

3. API Services and Automation Scripts
- Manage and create API calls to various services for CRUD purposes
- Write, up,date and maintain scripts to automate company tasks
- Manage and create scripts for generating daily reports through pdfs and mail

4. Research & Communication
- Conduct thorough research and collect data based on project and company needs.
- Regularly communicate with team members and stakeholders to align on technical and operational objectives.
- Use web scraping to gather research data for recruiters

• Necessary Skills

- Experience with AppSheet development or similar app-building platforms.

• Preferable Skills

- Python(Pandas for data management, Selenium for web scraping)

Knowledge of SMTP and POP Protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in data management, automation, and workflow optimization.

- Familiarity with tools and software commonly used in recruitment operations.

- Knowledge of ZOHO recruit and Wix
