Data Entry Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Update and streamline candidate databases by entering new candidate details and maintaining accurate records in the Software tool
2. Engage with enlisted candidates by sending regular updates, job postings, and relevant messages
3. Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data analytics, including tracking candidate metrics, recruitment updates, and performance indicators
4. Research on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential candidates, expanding our talent network and inviting them to own portal
5. Assist in coordinating interview schedules and candidate communications as needed
6. Create a resume & job descriptions in our format

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any stream. MBA or BBA in HR is preferred Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment support, database management, or recruiting or in similar roles
2. Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and Canva, for data entry, analytics, and reporting
3. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to database management and candidate engagement
4. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms for talent sourcing and networking
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting with a reliable laptop and internet connection
