ISOCONIC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator Executive who is proficient in MS-Excel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. Key responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and update data into our systems using MS-Excel.
2. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, and correct them as needed.
3. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
4. Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
5. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and increase efficiency.
6. Ensure data confidentiality and security by following company policies and procedures.
7. Provide support to other departments by responding to data-related queries and requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
