Delegate Acquisition Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and follow up with leads generated through the company website and other marketing channels
2. Send emails, make calls, and follow up with potential attendees to confirm their participation
3. Proactively reach out to industry professionals and decision-makers to invite them as delegates
4. Engage potential attendees through LinkedIn by sending connection requests and messages
5. Effectively pitch event benefits and close attendee registrations to meet event targets
6. Maintain and update lead status in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data
7. Work towards and exceed weekly and monthly targets for delegate acquisitions
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth registration processes and attendee experience

Requirements:

1. Possess 1-3 years of experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or event attendee acquisition
2. Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal
3. Handle outbound calls and nurture leads via emails
4. Utilize LinkedIn for outreach and engagement
5. Work in a target-driven environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach
6. Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) effectively (preferred)
7. Multitask and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
