About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on architecture & interior design:
i. Explore and follow new architectural developments, styles, and techniques
ii. Develop a database for architectural projects, furniture, and other required architectural elements
iii. Develop 3D models for architectural developments
iv. Work on designing and preparing interior mood boards
v. Prepare design layouts for interior spaces
vi. Understand the Interior design elements in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability and keep abreast of the latest trends
2. Work on technology & software tools:
i. Use software tools like Rhino to create intricate and detailed 2D and 3D models
ii. Integrate VR and AR technologies to create an immersive walkthrough
iii. Liaise with the tech team to develop a design app for the marketplace
3. Handle research:
i. Conduct surveys, analyze consumer preferences, and provide valuable insights
ii. Study competitors' portfolios, pricing strategies, and client reviews to gain a competitive edge
iii. Keep track of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure that designs meet the mandatory standards

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
