We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in DevOps practices and a strong expertise in AWS cloud services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC
2. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline to automate software delivery processes
3. Configure and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS
4. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security
6. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and applications into the production environment
7. Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards in accordance with industry regulations
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
2. 3-8 years of experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering role
3. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and solutions
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline
6. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS
7. Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
8. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
10. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are a plus
