DevSupport Engineer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting and identifying the root cause analysis for the technical issues
2. Designing and developing end-to-end applications with very high quality
3. Applying problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, providing thoughtful, expert advice to help mitigate problems and deliver the fixes
4. Working on a timely escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders
5. Applying strong technical skills and good business knowledge to identify and resolve issues efficiently and promptly
6. Documenting actions taken on support incidents and logging resolutions in a clear and concise manner
7. Implementing necessary patches, hotfixes, upgrades, and configuration changes to maintain the application and system integrity
8. Following up with clients to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
9. Taking ownership of issues/bugs through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication, and guiding best practices
10. Contributing to meet various SLAs and KPIs as applicable for account and unit
responsiveness, resolution, software quality SLAs
11. Designing, developing and executing test scenarios, and test cases
12. Sharing best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
