Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Remote
Terms: Full-Time
Requirements: Monday to Saturday

As a digital marketing executive at Fintastic Marketing, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns, website development, and social media marketing. Your day-to-day role will involve creating and keeping a sharp eye on performance marketing campaigns running on various platforms, keeping track of performance, monitoring, and improving for better results. You will also be responsible for the creation of landing pages and websites along with handling social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including meta ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and other paid media platforms.
2. Conduct keyword research, analyze campaign performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Execute performance marketing campaigns effectively.
4. Knowledge of SEO keyword research and best practices for SEO optimization, strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO optimization is a must
5. Create and manage highly efficient websites for clients as per their brand requirements, tonality, and guidelines.
6. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
7. Design and build effective landing pages that align with campaign objectives and optimize user experience.
8. Utilize CMS (WordPress, Wix, or others), HTML, CSS, and other relevant tools to create responsive and visually appealing landing pages & websites.
9. Track Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign budgeting, lead generation campaigns, pixel tracking, etc.
10. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.
11. Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
12. Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights for clients, showcasing the impact of digital efforts. Identify the scope of improvement and actionable steps to achieve it.
13. Use WhatsApp marketing campaigns to ensure communication of clients with the customer base.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Certification or specialization in digital marketing is a must. Freshers with strong portfolios can apply too.

2. Proven experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role with a focus on campaign management, landing page development, website development via CMS, and social media marketing.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including meta ads and Google Ads.

4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development tools is a preferable skill.

5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.

6. Experience with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, for performance tracking and reporting.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for campaign ideation.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
