About the job

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Ads Expert to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
2. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for better performance.
3. Manage campaign budgets, analyze trends, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc.
5. Implement remarketing & audience segmentation strategies for higher engagement.
6. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives.
8. Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
9. Optimize landing pages for better ad performance and conversion rates.
10. Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends for new campaign opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

1. Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
3. Expertise in PPC, keyword research, audience targeting, and ad bidding strategies.
4. Hands-on experience with performance tracking tools and A/B testing.
5. Ability to create data-driven reports and actionable insights.
6. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and content marketing is a plus.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
