We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented 'Digital Marketing Executive' to support our marketing efforts and help manage daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analyze the latest trends.
2. Design and manage social media campaigns.
3. Grow and engage our social media audience across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
4. Find and collaborate with influencers to increase brand visibility.
5. Research and present potential affiliate partnerships.
6. Manage email inboxes (for support, influencer marketing, and partnerships), ensuring important communications are prioritized.
7. Assist with partnerships and outreach, especially with universities and education platforms.
8. Contribute to the creation of email campaigns, blog posts, and marketing materials.
9. Help coordinate with external tutors and other partners.
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
2. Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Passion for marketing and an interest in the education or healthcare space.
5. Ability to multitask and handle operational tasks efficiently.
6. Experience with tools like Intercom, Discord, and CustomerIO (a plus but not required).
