Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our brand's vision and sales objectives.
2. Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience that drives sales and customer retention.
3. Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Shopify with an emphasis on compelling content and SEO best practices.
4. Oversee the content management system, ensuring all content is up-to-date, on-brand, and optimized for different digital platforms.
5. Plan and publish engaging content across various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns, to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.
6. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and Shopify analytics to drive continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful product launches.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Probation details:
1. Probation - 3 months
2. Salary during Probation: Rs. 30,000
3. Full-time employment: Only after successful completion of the probation period

4. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
5. Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
6. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate complex ideas effectively.
7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
