1. Website Development & Management:
a. Develop and maintain our website using various market tools and CMS platforms.
Optimize website functionality, usability, and overall performance.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website reflects current marketing initiatives and brand standards.
c. Optimize the SEO and SEM
2. Digital Content Creation:
a. Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality digital content including videos, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
b. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
c. Manage content calendars and ensure timely production and delivery of marketing assets.
3. Campaign Management & Customer Engagement:
a. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
b. Engage with customers through various platforms, responding to inquiries and building positive brand interactions.
c. Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
d. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Singapore Time)
Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency with website development tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) and digital marketing platforms.
4. Strong skills in video production, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
5. Business-capable written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
7. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
