Digital Content Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of content creation for our LinkedIn page and website, playing a key role in attracting new clients and establishing eQOURSE as a thought leader in the educational content space.

Key Responsibilities:

a Content Strategy & Development:
1. Partner with the marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with our marketing goals and target audience.
2. Research and write engaging and informative content on topics related to educational content development, eLearning trends, and industry best practices.
3. Develop content across various formats, including blog posts, website copy, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and white papers.
4. Craft compelling calls to action (CTAs) to drive lead generation and engagement.

b. Keyword Research & SEO Optimization:
1. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for our target audience.
2. Optimize website and LinkedIn content for search engines, ensuring high visibility in search results.

c. Content Design & Analytics:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
2. Track and analyze content performance metrics (impressions, clicks, engagement) and identify areas for improvement.
3. Stay informed about the latest content marketing and SEO trends.

d. LinkedIn Management:
1. Develop and execute a content strategy for our LinkedIn page to attract potential clients and build brand awareness.
2. Create engaging and interactive LinkedIn posts, such as articles, polls, and Q&A sessions.
3. Foster discussions and respond to comments and messages on LinkedIn.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

2. 2+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO and B2B marketing

3. Strong understanding of content marketing best practices and the educational technology industry

4. Excellent research, writing, and editing skills

5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

6. Experience with keyword research and SEO optimization

7. Familiarity with social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn, a plus

8. Passion for education and a desire to learn about new trends in eLearning

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
