Salary: 18k - 35k + Incentives (Increase after 3 months based on performance)
We seek a highly organized project manager to oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client objective achievement. Strong communication, problem-solving, project management skills, and digital marketing knowledge are essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Project planning & scoping: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with account managers and clients.
2. Project execution & management: Manage daily execution, ensuring task completion. Coordinate with internal teams (Facebook Ads Managers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, paid media, etc.).
3. Client communication: Primary client contact for project updates. Proactively communicate project status, roadblocks, and solutions. Build strong client relationships.
4. Quality assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control and review deliverables.
5. Project tracking & reporting: Use project management tools to track progress, budgets, and timelines. Generate reports.
6. Digital marketing knowledge: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years as a project manager in a digital marketing agency. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Must have digital marketing knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, graphic designers, video editors, etc.).
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Proficient in project management software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Client management experience.
