Prachi Gang & Co. is a dynamic and growing marketing agency based in Indore, India. We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
3. Create and manage content for various digital channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and more.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
2. Familiarity with web development and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
3. Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
4. Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
