Annual CTC: 3 - 4.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
The editor is a key member of Marine Insight's content team. The position will include a 2-month introductory/training period, after which the position can be made permanent based on performance.
