Education Counsellor Job (Remote)

Urgently seeking for the talented & result-oriented EDUCATION COUNSELLORS at Delhi NCR areasOn Salary Remuneration: The deserving candidates will be on for Probation Period for the Three (3) Months On Per candidate placement. After successfully completion of 3 months of probation period, the candidate will be appointed with fixed salary along with incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to identify their educational and career goals.
Provide detailed information about educational programs, admission processes, and career options.
Assess students' academic performance and interests to guide them towards suitable programs.
Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on available programs and scholarships.
Organize and conduct workshops or webinars on various educational and career planning topics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage trust and openness.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Knowledge of educational programs to provide accurate and insightful suggestions to students.
Ability to assess student needs and tailor advice that fits their unique aspirations and situations.
