We are seeking a talented and motivated 'Educational Content Developer' to join our team and lead the creation of an educational forum (GoToRetreats Academy) on our platform. This forum will serve as a comprehensive resource for users, educating them on how to effectively utilize our platform and exploring various wellness and travel topics specific to retreats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality video tutorials, informative web pages, and other educational materials that engage and inform our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content creation: Develop, script, and produce engaging video tutorials and educational content that guide users on how to use the GoToRetreats platform.
2. Topic research: Research and create content on a wide range of wellness, travel, and retreat-related topics to provide valuable insights to our audience.
3. Webpage development: Design and develop informative webpages that complement video content, offering additional resources and written guides.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, customer support, and design teams to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and meets user needs.
5. User education: Create educational materials that cater to both novice and experienced users, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all.
6. Content management: Organize and manage the educational content library, ensuring it is easily accessible and up-to-date.
7. Feedback integration: Gather user feedback and analytics to continuously improve and refine educational content.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in educational content creation, instructional design, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in video production and editing software
3. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
4. Some experience with web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic HTML/CSS skills (preferred, not a must-have).
5. Knowledge of wellness, travel, and retreat topics is highly desirable.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
