Email Marketing Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, product announcements, etc.)
2. Develop targeted email lists based on customer segmentation and campaign objectives
3. Create engaging email content, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action
4. A/B test email subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance
5. Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies as needed
6. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
7. Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, tools, and trends
8. Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
9. Work closely with the broader marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and execution
2. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
3. Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization in email marketing
4. Basic HTML knowledge for editing and customizing email templates
5. Strong analytical skills to assess email performance and make data-driven decisions
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all communications
