Key responsibilities:

1. Craft engaging and persuasive email copy tailored to the target audience
2. Edit and proofread all email content to ensure accuracy and maintain a consistent brand voice
3. Create various types of email content (newsletters, promotions, transactional emails, automated series)
4. Develop strategies to segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences for personalization
5. Manage an email content calendar to guarantee timely delivery of campaigns
6. Align the email content strategy with overall marketing goals and campaigns
7. Plan email campaigns to coincide with product launches, promotions, and events
8. Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance
9. Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and engage customers
10. Track key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates) for analysis
11. Generate regular reports on email campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
12. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance email content and strategy
13. Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
14. Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
15. Be proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., ReachInbox & Smartlead) for designing, sending, and tracking campaigns
16. Possess a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates and troubleshooting issues
