Graduates from top-tier institutions such as IIT, IIM, FMS, etc. who ranked in the top 5% of their class
Class toppers from other reputable schools are also encouraged to apply
A minimum score of 85% in grades X and XII
Strong command of the English language
Demonstrated experience in exporting goods, including knowledge of export regulations and documentation (preferred)
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a related field
Excellent research and communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated personal qualities of humility, honesty, and patience
A stable employment history, with no job changes within the last two years (this is a critical requirement for this position)
Annual CTC: ₹ 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
