We are seeking a dynamic and visionary entrepreneur in residence (EIR) to join our team. The EIR will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, exploring new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced entrepreneur to bring their expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit to our company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate new opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to identify new business opportunities aligned with our company's strategic goals
2. Business model development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and validate innovative business models that capitalize on market opportunities
3. Product development: Lead the ideation, prototyping, and development of new products or services, leveraging insights gathered through market research and customer feedback
4. Strategic partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, investors, and potential collaborators, to support the growth and scalability of new ventures
5. Mentorship and guidance: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to internal teams and startup founders within our ecosystem, leveraging your experience as a successful entrepreneur
6. Entrepreneurial leadership: Serve as an internal thought leader and advocate for entrepreneurial thinking, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and experimentation within the organization
7. Risk management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with new ventures, including market volatility, regulatory challenges, and competitive threats, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
8. Performance tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of new initiatives, iterating and refining strategies based on data-driven insights

2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common vision

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 6,00,000 /year
