Key responsibilities:

1. Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
2. Use Blue Beam and Plan Swift software to perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
3. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.
4. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
5. Maintain organized and detailed records of all estimates and related documents.
