We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated personal assistant to provide comprehensive support to our product lead in a multifaceted role. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks across different industries, including agriculture machine manufacturing and travel technology startup. Key responsibilities:
1. Sales support:
A. Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and client communication
B. Assist in maintaining the customer databases and records
2. Business development:
A. Research and identify potential business opportunities and partnerships
B. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans
3. Presentation creation:
A. Create and format professional presentations for internal and external use
B. Compile data, charts, and visuals to enhance presentations
4. Data entry and management:
A. Accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping
B. Maintain organized files and documentation
5. Miscellaneous tasks:
A. Handle a variety of miscellaneous tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
6. Calendar and email management:
A. Manage and organize the product lead's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
B. Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses
Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Candidates with proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting multiple functions
Candidates with excellent organizational and time management skills
Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Candidates with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and industries
Candidates with the flexibility of working outside regular office hours as needed
