Key responsibilities:

1. Managing approximately 150 leads in a day
2. Counseling prospective job-seekers and helping them create their profiles on the platform
3. Guiding the job-seeking in their entire application process in connecting them to the companies
4. Meeting the daily conversion targets

1. Candidate with prior experience in candidate counseling or telecalling preferable
