Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with potential and existing customers to offer them our services- cold calls, emails, networking, etc.
2. Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
3. Identify the customer's needs & pitch them for demos
4. Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner
5. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
6. Develop in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

Required:

1. 0-1 year of experience in pre-sales, and telecalling
2. Readiness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
3. Articulative and impactful communicator
4. Exceptional customer service skills
5. Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
6. Exposure in go to market strategies would be added advantage
