We're seeking a versatile facebook ads specialist with expertise in eCommerce campaigns and graphic design using Canva. This role combines strategic ad management with creative design to drive sales, engagement, and brand growth for our eCommerce business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for eCommerce products.
2. Design high-converting ad creatives (static/video) using Canva, tailored to eCommerce audiences.
3. Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and targeting to maximize ROI.
4. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide weekly reports.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with broader brand strategies.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads for eCommerce.
2. Proficiency in Canva for designing ads, banners, and social media content.
3. Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and audience targeting.
4. Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
