Roles and Responsibilities

1. Observe fashion trends and translate them into new designs
2. Curate the initial fashion categories and collection that resonate with the brand and audience
3. Manage the design process from conception through to final styling
4. Work with design software to enhance and digitize design concepts
5. Manage a team of designers to guide and assign work to them

Culture and Work:

1. We are a small Gen Z team working together 6 days a week
2. We work between 11 am to 7 pm
