Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify potential customers through research, networking, and industry events (NHAI, MORTH, PWD).
2. Sales Presentations & Negotiations - Conduct compelling sales pitches, explain product benefits, and negotiate deals with clients.
3. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Prepare regular sales reports, track progress, and provide insights to management.
6. Travel & On-Site Visits - Travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and participate in sales events.
7. Remote Collaboration - Work effectively in a remote environment while coordinating with internal teams.

Requirements:

Education - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Business; a Master's degree in Marketing is preferred.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the Petroleum, Cement, Paint, or Bitumen industry.
Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tech Proficiency - Familiarity with CRM software, Google Sheets, and sales tools.
Independence & Time Management - Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Adaptability - Flexibility to understand different client needs and industries.
Travel Willingness - Must be open to frequent travel (non-negotiable).
