VM Real Estate Advisors is seeking a dynamic and dedicated finance associate to join our team. As a finance associate, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our organization. We are looking for someone highly skilled in financial literacy, financial modeling, accounting, MS Excel, MS Office, English proficiency (spoken and written), and market analysis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to aid in decision-making processes
2. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track financial performance
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market data, identifying trends and opportunities
5. Monitor and evaluate financial performance, offering recommendations for improvement
6. Conduct market analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth
7. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in financial literacy, financial modeling, and accounting principles
3. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite, with exceptional attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
6. Proven experience in market analysis and the ability to interpret financial data
7. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
