About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Take general fire precautions to ensure that the premises are safe
2. Make a suitable and sufficient assessment of risk from fire and record any significant findings in writing
3. Make and give effect to appropriate fire safety arrangements
4. Ensure there are measures for fire-fighting, fire detection, and inclusion of appropriate equipment
5. Ensure that emergency routes and exits are maintained, and kept clear and that there are appropriate evacuation arrangements in place
6. Train staff and ensure they are aware of their roles in the event of a fire
7. Ensure that fire safety equipment and any devices are suitably maintained and kept in an efficient state, efficient working order, and good repair where relevant, and work on coordination and cooperation with any other duty-holders sharing the premises
8. Conduct risk assessments and audits
9. Facilitate employee and supervisory training
10. Develop technical reports
11. Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support
12. Communicate with clients and people of varying levels of professionalism, education, etc.
13. Understand your client's needs and build relationships
14. Develop and implement health and safety programs
15. Analyze injury data and produce meaningful reports and recommendations
16. Plan and organize service requests to meet target dates and production goals

Skills required for this position are:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of ergonomics and body mechanics
2. Knowledge of workstation evaluations
3. Ability to work with Windows-based operating system
4. Working knowledge of TJC, OSHA, Title 22, EEOC

Earn certifications in these skills

Annual CTC: 8 - 10 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
