Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop captivating visuals and graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance our social media presence.
2. Create engaging video content using Final Cut Pro and other editing software to showcase our properties and services.
3. Manage YouTube and Facebook ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
4. Implement effective social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to engage with our audience and grow our following.
5. Write compelling and informative content for our blog, website, and social media channels to attract and retain customers.
6. Collaborate with the founders to brainstorm and execute marketing initiatives that align with our overall business goals.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate to continuously improve our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
