Key Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
2. Proficiency in French (Fran ais): B2 certification is required (mandatory).
3. Candidates with a B1 certification must have prior experience in a role where French language skills were actively utilized.
4. Willingness to work night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
5. Comfortable with video calls for meetings and communication.
6. 5 days working with 2 rotational days off.
