About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
2. Manage complete voice processes.
3. B2 certification is mandatory.
4. Salary up to 10 LPA CTC, depending on interview performance and last drawn salary.
5. Five working days with two rotational days off.
6. Willingness to work night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
7. Comfortable with video calls as part of the communication process.
