We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated frontend developer with MERN stack compatibility to join our team. As a frontend developer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and modifying user interfaces for our web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. This role requires both a deep understanding of frontend technologies and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team. This is a probationary position with a duration of 6 months, after which salary may be increased based on performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop user-facing features using React.js
2. Design and implement responsive web application user interfaces with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
3. Work with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend through RESTful APIs
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
6. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities
Qualifications:
1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
5. Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools
6. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and working conditions:
1. Salary: 2-4 LPA (based on experience and skills), with potential for increase after 6 months based on performance
2. Probation period: 6 months
3. Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
