Full Stack Developer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend daily standup meets
2. Actively participate in company activities
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
4. Implement performance review procedures
5. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
6. Manage employees' grievances
7. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
8. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
9. Manage all the online recruitment platforms of the company

Better to have:

1. Understanding of basic SQL queries is required
2. Candidate must have good knowledge of Oops concepts
3. Experience with browser-based responsive web apps, debugging, and performance testing software.
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs - consuming the rest of APIs is a plus point
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills
6. Nice communication skills are also a must
7. Students who are currently pursuing their degrees are preferred
