- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, fostering long-term engagement.
- Create personalized outreach initiatives to increase donor loyalty and retention.
3. Organize fundraising campaigns and events:
- Plan and manage online and in-person fundraising events to raise awareness and secure funds.
- Oversee event logistics, promotions, and follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Grant research and proposal writing:
- Identify, research, and apply for grants from foundations, corporations, and government entities.
- Draft compelling grant proposals and ensure timely submission of all required materials.
5. Reporting and budget management:
- Track fundraising progress and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Manage the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, non-profit management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, and/or donor relations in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
