Fundraising Specialist Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and target key funding sources, including corporate sponsorships, grants, and individual donors.

2. Donor engagement and relationship building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, fostering long-term engagement.
- Create personalized outreach initiatives to increase donor loyalty and retention.

3. Organize fundraising campaigns and events:
- Plan and manage online and in-person fundraising events to raise awareness and secure funds.
- Oversee event logistics, promotions, and follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.

4. Grant research and proposal writing:
- Identify, research, and apply for grants from foundations, corporations, and government entities.
- Draft compelling grant proposals and ensure timely submission of all required materials.

5. Reporting and budget management:
- Track fundraising progress and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Manage the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
