Key responsibilities:

1. Create and design graphics for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics
2. Develop visually appealing animation videos that communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
4. Use a variety of software applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to create and modify visual content
5. Present and pitch design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Animation UI & UX Design

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design and animation skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus

Experience in creating videos for social media platforms is a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
