About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to, websites, social media graphics, logos, brochures, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.

3. Use graphic design software and tools to develop and refine design concepts.

4. Produce high-quality and pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.

5. Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to iterate and improve designs.

6. Ensure timely delivery of requirements while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

8. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets and templates.
Skill(s) required
Adobe Illustrator Adobe Indesign Adobe Photoshop
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,500 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
