MMNovatech is hiring for the role of graphic designer! It is a full-time graphic design work from home job for candidates with 3-5 years of experience. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Key responsibilities:
1. Create eye-catching graphics, including digital ads, social media visuals, website graphics, brochures, and promotional materials
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines
3. Ensure all graphics are high-quality and visually engaging, contributing to a strong brand identity
4. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to execute design projects
5. Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, and color schemes across all materials
6. Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance the visual appeal of marketing campaigns
7. Upload graphics and marketing content to respective Google Drive folders, maintaining a well-organized file structure
8. Update and maintain the company's websites with fresh content, including graphics, text, and multimedia elements
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate deployment of marketing materials across various online platforms
10. Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns as needed
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. Proven experience of 2+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs
3. Should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a bonus
8. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
