Who are we looking for??
1. We're looking for a sales representative with a proven track record of closing deals
2. Should be hungry (can't wait years for a promotion) and comfortable working on commissions only
3. Experience selling on the phone, or in person is great, but not mandatory
4. You have not just been on a sales team, you have consistently closed deals and been right at the top of your leaderboard
5. Experience with higher ticket service offerings and the consultative selling style (appreciated)
6. A hungry and highly coachable personality, who prefers to follow a proven process for success
7. Desires to be part of a sales culture based on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and celebrating your teammates' success, as well as your own
8. Outstanding at identifying their own errors, self-correcting them, and don't require consistent sales coaching to produce exceptional results
9. Excellent independent self-starter who can collaborate with our sales manager to improve upon our internal processes

Bonus:
1. Prior knowledge of Amazon or other e-commerce/tech businesses will be preferred
2. Closed over INR 1 crore+ in revenue in your career thus far

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40000 /year
