About the job
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more clients into one of our two sales training & recruitment programs. This will be done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training programs, as well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests, and assisting client success teams as needed
2. Work on speaking with some of the sharpest entrepreneurs in the country on the phone or on Zoom
3. Work on diagnosing their business problems and providing suggestions to scale, and if it's the right fit, enrolling them into our UAbility Elite program that's designed to launch and scale online consulting businesses to 1 crore per year or more
4. Work on prospecting (you will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources)
5. Work on enrolling - calls will be conducted via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to enroll clients into the program within KPIs
6. Work on nurturing - track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call
7. Work on defaults, refunds, and CS

Outcomes & responsibilities:

1. 30-day targets: Learn all tech systems & product offerings to be effective in the position + fully go through the course content, self-prospect and shadow successful closers & begin taking calls
2. 60-day targets: Be within KPI for closing rate and cash collected, KPIs, 30% closing rate within 30 days, 30% upfront cash collected within 30 days, setting 1 call per day from prospecting
