About the job

Key responsibilities:

a. Make outbound calls to potential leads:
1. Utilize the company's lead database to make between 1300-2,000 outbound calls per month
2. Engage with prospects, introduce the company's products/services, and gauge their interest
3. Answer initial questions and provide relevant information to nurture leads

b. Schedule appointments for senior closers:
1. Identify qualified leads and schedule appointments for senior closers, targeting 40-60 appointments per month
2. Coordinate with senior closers to ensure a smooth handoff and provide necessary information about the prospects
3. Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and minimize no-shows

c. Support senior closers in achieving sales targets:
1. Assist senior closers in their efforts to close deals, aiming for 3-4 closes per month
2. Provide additional information or resources to help senior closers address prospect concerns and overcome objections
3. Collaborate with senior closers to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process

d. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs):
1. Strive to achieve a 6% or higher appointment booked-to-closure ratio
2. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
3. Adapt strategies and techniques to optimize results and meet or exceed KPIs

e. Participate in daily morning huddles:
1. Attend morning huddles via Zoom at 9 am Monday-Friday (IST)
2. Share updates, discuss challenges, and collaborate with the team to align efforts and strategies
3. Contribute ideas and insights to improve the overall sales process and performance

f. Maintain accurate records and reporting:
1. Prepare and submit end-of-day reports, updating projections, tracking sheets, and CRM entries
2. Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and outcomes are properly documented
3. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

g. Generate additional leads through various methods:
1. Explore and implement organic lead generation methods, such as referrals, networking, and social media outreach
2. Conduct research to identify potential outbound lead sources and strategies
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns as necessary

Skill(s) required


Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience selling on the phone, or in person is great, but not mandatory. You have not just been on a sales team, you have consistently closed deals and been right at the top of your leaderboard.

2. Experience with higher ticket service offerings and the consultative selling style (appreciated).

3. A hungry and highly coachable personality, who prefers to follow a proven process for success.

4. Desires to be part of a sales culture based on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and celebrating your teammates’ success, as well as your own.

5. Outstanding at identifying their own errors, self-correcting them, and doesn’t require consistent sales coaching to produce exceptional results.

6. Excellent independent self-starter who can collaborate with our sales manager to improve upon our internal processes.
