We are looking for a highly motivated and certified Health and Nutrition Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), and the ability to inspire and lead our aspiring health coaches and preferred customers through virtual sessions, consultation and followup. This role involves conducting club meetings twice daily, one in the morning (~6 am) and one in the evening (~6 pm), and includes a variety of activities such as exercise sessions, Zumba, diet planning, and health assessments.
1. Conduct daily virtual club meetings at 6 am and 6 pm, Sundays off.
2. Lead exercise sessions, including Zumba, yoga, and other fitness activities.
3. Create and provide personalized diet plans based on individual assessments.
4. Recommend and assess nutritional products.
5. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including measurements of weight, height, age, BMI, and other health parameters.
6. Evaluate clients' routines and recommend appropriate nutrition and wellness routines.
7. Provide knowledge sessions on various topics such as nutrition, health assessments, exercise, diet, yoga, and meditation.
8. Conduct webinars and presentations for follow-ups and accountability.
9. Ensure health transformation of leads and customer satisfaction.
10. Be empathetic towards leads, understanding their health concerns and aspirations.
11. Proficient in using virtual communication tools and systems for effective session delivery.
12. Ensure the technical setup is optimized for virtual meetings and fitness sessions/club meetings.
Requirements:
1. Certified Health and Diet Expert (certifications in nutrition, dietetics, fitness training, or related fields).
2. Proven experience in conducting virtual health and wellness sessions.
3. Strong knowledge of nutrition and wellness.
4. Ability to design and lead a variety of exercise routines targeting different body parts.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
7. Proficient in using virtual tools and systems for engaging sessions.
